Tim's mom wanted Tim to build a large (almost life-size) gingerbread house to put up for Christmas. It's finally done! Tim did most of the construction part and Pam pretty much did everything else. I think it turned out really good!
The roof is covered with Necco wafers (that Tim's mom cut out) and there is a row of gum drops on top. The window (which has a light inside at night) is lined with red hots. There are also planter boxes with mint candies and with poinsettias inside. The door is a grahm cracker. The rest I think you can figure out. It's about as tall as me, and all collapsable to be able to store.

How fun!!!That looks really neat! You guys did such a great job! I love your Christmas card what a good idea:)
Are you kidding?! That thing is amazing! My kids would die! Way to go Tim. Kami I love how creative you guys are! Isaac would seriously want to play in it every day. So much cooler than my cardboard box houses :) LOVE IT! Did I say that all ready?!!
Oops, forgot I am logged on as Mike! This is Brooke :)
What a cute idea! Tim and Pam, you guys out for hire?! A full on real gingerbread house would be fantastic for entertaining my kids. Isaac's house is cute too. Poor Pace children. We need to invest in some wood and/or cardboard!
Pretty cool house! My kids would probably try to eat it instead of play in it. Very creative I have to say. Hopefully I'll see you tomorrow.
Now you know that when you guys get into a home, you can deck your yard out with cool stuff that Tim builds. That is such a talent. With your creativity and Tim's engineering skills, you guys are unstoppable.
I love it! I seriously want one. Really you don't need to get a job, make and sell gingerbread houses!
ps. I know you are dying to know... we are starting basketball back up in Jan since our numbers are diminishing!! No really, don't feel guilty!!!
I'm looking for a place to live... how much is rent?

Hello. Do you have the specs for this project? This is exactly what we want to build.
