By the way...

I was thinking I would make a skunk costume for Anderson, but I couldn't find any plain black feet pj's anywhere. Everything had orange or pumpkins on it. My mom went to Goodwill (half price day!!) and happend to find a skunk costume for Anderson. We washed it, even though it still has a faint Goodwill smell (which fits right in with the skunk theme), and put it on to see if it fits. He looks thrilled.

Happy Halloween!

Halloween is probably my favorite holiday so today I attempted some halloween crafts. The candy corn pots I saw in Martha Stewart. I just painted tiny pots like candy corns. Then you can fill them with candy corns and give them to someone. This is my Visiting Teaching for October! The Martha ones are way better I'm sure. The tree is from potterybarn kids. I told my mom about it, so we went scavaging for branches. We found a cool tree by an abandoned house. We got some nice big branches and set them with plaster in pots. It was quite a task. We still have to spray paint them black and hang orange lights on them. I know it seems like more trouble than it's worth, but free is way better than any potterybarn price!

Nerd Alert

After a busy day, Anderson relaxed with Grandpa this afternoon. They did what Grandpa does best...watch TV. My dad was already trying to teach Anderson how to change the channels. We have exciting news!!! Tim made the Academic Bowl Alternate Team for Engineers at ASU. There is 4 students on the main team, and 4 on the alternates. So out of all of the engineers that took the test, Tim was one of the top 8. The Academic Bowl finals are on Channel 8. I'll keep everyone posted. I always said I wanted to marry someone smarter than me. Check out his new crazy project he is doing on the links list. He has designed a model train set he plans to build from scratch of course. We might have to build an
extra room on our house to fit it in there. It's pretty
cool I must say.

Clean Slate

Thanks to Christa and Chelsea for giving me a "nudge" (or full on shove) to get the blog going. I will do anything you guys want as long as you don't post anymore BJHS pictures. Anderson has been crazy sleeper lately. I have found him in weird positions the last couple of days. The last one was when I put him down for a nap. After I snapped the picture, he put his arm back through the opening (not the same one his arm is coming out of) and started to suck his thumb. The top picture is when he had his head smashed into the side bumper pad. I promise he starts in the middle of the crib. By the way, I think he is flipping me off in the top picture. It's not the first time, and probably not the last.

Kami has officially been....

So this blog has NOT been written by Kami, nor did she have any idea it was originally created. Kami has the cutest boy and Christa and I (Chelsea) have taken it in our own hands to make this blog for Kami and Tim. We made it as cheesy as possible and were going to plan on doing it as long as it took for Kami to agree to taking this project on. I just received a phone call that Kami has agreed to join this happy blogging world!!! We are so excited and can't wait. We will be happy with anything my friend! Thanks for being such a fun sport and taking the cheesy abuse!

Kami has always been an awesome friend to have. I think anyone that knows her agrees. I am glad she has always been one of our BF's through thick and thin por vida. :) And for the record: our group may be the WORST group of photographers out there. I had to search for pictures of certain people together and I am really glad you have taken over this so I can rest better at night! *Christa sorry I had to bust out a braces picture!*

We all have a special place for this robot. I am hoping he will be making another Santa appearance this year! Grams and The Thug are very near and dear too! But really, Sheriff, you have provided many a laughs for our friends and family. Thanks for being our friend and allowing us to blog about your family. You really are the hardest worker, I just didn't know your specific engineering title so I am hoping Kami can fill us in on the details! :)

We love you! Love, Chelsea and Christa

My friends are the best!

I love all my friends. But I really love my friends from the Hills. They take up a bit of my time making sure I know all the latest about them. So ladies, (and any husbands who are fans) a relative of mine gets Star magazine and she told me about an article in it where it talks about Spencer only dating Heidi to be on the show and to start his career and that he has no intentions to marry her. Check it out if you are waiting in line in the grocery store. Pretty interesting. It also has a little blurb about Jason getting engaged.

I have been playing in a basketball and volleyball league lately. It has been pretty fun and interesting to say the least. It has made me look back on old pictures of the many teams I have been on it the past. Here is where it all started:
Gotta love BJHS and their shortest red shorts. I was going to put a decent group shot of me with some of my friends from the "Dungeon" days but we were WAY too tired looking, someone had mean face, someone always had their eyes closed, someones butt crack was always showing (you know who that was!), or there was always someone missing from the photo.
Well, I am waiting for my camera to upload pictures of Anderson. For some reason it is taking forever. And I gotta get going. Peace. Kami

Good morning everyone!

Well, good morning. We slept good last night. Did you? I couldn't wait to wake up and post these pictures of Anderson. He is such a fun baby. I can't believe how old he is getting! He was born April 2 and was 6 pounds, 9 ounces. He was 19 inches long. Here he is at the hospital. Here are some other pictures of him this past summer. He has the best smile!
This was when he learned to hold his head up! :) This next one is our favorite. Like father like son! We heart sailboats! We have had some fun vacations sail boating. We can't wait to take Anderson out! Alright. I have to go feed him now. Hope everyone has a fun day!!

Finally!

So I have finally given in to peer pressure and started a blog. Tim and I love to read people's blogs and we FINALLY are letting you in on our family fun. ;)

Anderson is getting big, and heavy, and is moving all over the place (not crawling of course but any other type of moving--ALL OF THE TIME!!) We really love the first picture of him with his popped collar. He fits right in around C-town!
Here are a few of Anderson from August. He is so cute!

Check out his belt! We think he is so old looking with this outfit. :)And here is what he does best. SLEEP! What a good kid. We found him one day like this. We were cracking up because he had his foot resting on the bumper pad.

Well, I hope I will update this blog. I am a slacker and just like to read everyone's blogs without even commenting! :) I promise I will get better at this whole blog thing. Anderson, Tim, and my Hills friends keep me pretty busy. Hope everyone is doing well!! Kami
